Welcome to Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group

Sadly, many divorces end up being contentious matters that cannot be settled outside of the courtroom without a divorce lawyer. This is especially true in cases that involve child support and child custody. Here at Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group, we are dedicated to providing divorcing couples with divorce help that takes all the contention out of the divorce process.

Our Sacramento divorce group believes in helping spouses reach mutual divorce solutions that both parties can agree to. We have family attorneys, mental health practitioners, neutral financial planners and other experts who strive to resolve divorces peacefully and out of court. If you to need a divorce attorney to provide you with information on how to file for divorce we have several experienced lawyers in our group, but he or she will also provide you counsel on the benefits of using the collaborative divorce process.

We are passionate about promoting collaboration and teaching how to file for divorce in Sacramento, CA because it not only results in a more stress-free divorce process for you and your spouse, but it also helps you potentially save money on court costs and litigation since your divorce settlements can be settled outside the court system. As if these benefits aren't reason enough to attempt a collaborative divorce, a collaborative divorce can also have positive effects on the family and children. When spouses collaborate with respect, they are more likely to maintain a respectful relationship that is certainly beneficial for any children involved.
